the hotel's great location near restaurants and shopping centers was very convenient. the room size was ample and the staff, especially the front-desk person, Kiana, were incredibly helpful. the dark curtains allowed for a good night's sleep after a long drive. the breakfast was great, and the pool was very nice.
Could not be improved in any way 🙂

I chose to stay at Hyatt Place for its convenient location near Yorktown Shopping Center. The free WiFi throughout the property was a pleasant surprise, and I particularly enjoyed the intimate coffee and wine cafe in the warm and open area.
Breakfast area cleanliness could improve.

Spacious rooms, hot breakfast, convenient location, pool, helpful staff, good coffee.
Felt very at home, no complaints whatsoever.
